A Schengen visa is a short-stay visa that allows a person to travel to any members of the Schengen Area, per stays up to 90 days for tourism or business purposes. The Schengen visa is the most common visa for Europe. It enables its holder to enter, freely travel within, and leave the Schengen zone from any of the Schengen member countries. There are no border controls within the Schengen Zone. However, if you are planning to study, work, or live in one of the Schengen countries for more than 90 days, then you must apply for a national visa of that European country and not a Schengen Visa.

Requirements for our working Visa
1. An application form that will be filled out and submitted by the client.

2. Two recent passport photograph

3. Client must provide a passport (International or National passport)

4. Travel Insurance: to provide 30% and Company provides 70%)

5. Travel Medical Insurance, (client to provide 30% and Company provides 70%)

6. Proof of Accommodations( Company to provide for this)

7. Employment contract( This will be provided based on arrival).

8. Proof of Academic qualification( this includes any legal certificates which proves that the client is learned and will be important as it will be necessary to the organization the clients will work with.

9. Proof of Income Tax Return Payment.

Note that this is the only standard of procedure to apply for an employment visa in Europe.

This exact procedure may differ from one country to the other.

Transit Visa Requirements
A Schengen transit visa is a permit for persons who only need to enter other schengen territory in other to change their means of transport.

And HBE only offer a Airport transit schengen visa( single-entry visa) which means the holder is allowed to enter the schengen area once within the given period of visa.

This means the Holder is no longer allowed to go back until he/she has spent the number of days permitted by the embassy.

Note that processings usually take up to one month in any embassy but oakhill Asset Management takes two weeks to process any visa.

Proof of Financial means
The Consulate of the Schengen country where you are planning to travel to among other things will ask clients to provide some supporting documents which includes:

6. Proof of prepaid transport (client to account for 50%).

8. Proof of invitation letter

9. Prepaid accommodation.

Most importantly Client will pay for Visa Code this applies for all Foreign clients who wants to enter any country in the Schengen area, Each country has a specific price.
